She made a statement that truly opened my eyesāmaybe I didnāt want to hear what was said, and I got upset because the doctor was direct and to the point rather than someone who takes their time. I get it now, and I completely understand. Personally, I value building relationships with my doctors, but I also want to acknowledge and appreciate the fact that the office reached out to address my concerns. That alone speaks volumes, as they didnāt have to do that. So, I just want to say thank you to both doctors and apologize for my initial response. "I have been going to Westover Hills Dermatology for a few years now and have always had great experiences. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming (shout out to Monique!) and Dr. Opeola makes you feel extremely comfortable. My daughter also goes to the practice and loves Dr. Charles. She takes her time explaining things and answering all of her questions, which my daughter and I both appreciate. If youāre in search of a dermatologist, give this office a try!"

"Dr. Opeola is incredible. I had been on the search for a black dermatologist who was thorough and would take my concerns seriously. She did that and more. She revealed that my Tinea Versicolor was misdiagnosed (since 2013) and helped me get on the right track to treat progressive macular hypomelanosis. Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!"

"I had a less than ideal initial experience with the nurse practitioner, who made some unfair assumptions about me and dismissed some of my concerns. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding. Kudos to Dr. Opeola for following up personally and making it right. The office staff was great as well. I'll continue to use this office for my hopefully rare dermatology needs."

"I didnāt know how else to get in touch with Dr. Opeola to thank her other than a review. I saw her in 2017, while she was at Derm SA (Iāve had terrible experiences with Derm SA after she left so Iāve since stop giving business to them). I saw her about 2 months before my wedding day. I had spent years trying to control my adult acne that started my first year of college. Spent hundreds of dollars on products trying to find something that worked for me. Nothing did until I saw Dr. Opeola and she prescribed me medication that cleared my skin FAST and has kept it clear the last 2 and a half years. She was caring and understood that I wanted clear skin for my wedding day, as well as clear skin for my job as a school teacher (I look young enough, acne only made me look even more like a teenager). I wish I could still see her but she moved and I moved and itās just not possible. But she helped me get some confidence back and if sheās as any where as caring as she was a couple years ago, sheās definitely worth it!"

"The Dermatologist [Dr Opeola or Dr O] and the Nurse Practitioner [Ike] have in-depth knowledge of skin problems. I have had ongoing acne breakouts and spotty blemishes since 12 yrs old and now 67. Since Sept '18 as a patient, my skin is so radiant, smooth, and the acne has been kept under control. I don't need to wear a make-up foundation to cover dark spots anymore. Based on individual issues of patients, Dr. O decides on the best approach. She takes care of skin rashes, biopsies, hair removal (or laser), certain surgeries, and other services. Please look at her website or call the office in order to inquire about what services are available and what healthcare is accepted. Tricare and Medicare is also accepted. She does what she can to advise what is best in order to save you money. One point that needs to be mentioned -- you may need to wait up to 45 minutes beyond your appt time because of her quality care and increase of patients but it is well worth it. One more important fact -- I call her the 'Hollywood' Dermatologist."

"Dr. Mobolaji Opeola, M.D. is amazing! I went to her because of her reviews from other people and it's true. She has given me a new hope, and I have a positive outlook for myself. She's very kind, understanding, and she's patient. Her staff were very friendly and understanding as well. They were very helpful and very kind. I felt welcomed and even when I had to pay at the end the staff there were Friendly! (I say this because I was going to a different Dermatologist and the staff there that I had to do the transaction with was rude and not nice, not even a smile). My experience over all was just 5 stars and beyond. I definitely recommend her! :)"
